Thailand Visa vraag Nr 008/24: Thaise ambassade Den Haag – Aanvraag Non-immigrant visum

In dec 2022 NON-O aangevraagd, geen enkel probleem echter nu vorige week nieuw visa aanvraag opgestart, maar veel meer papieren nodig. Getrouwd in Thailand, zeevarende dus 2 maanden thuis en 2 maanden werk en nu nieuw visum nodig.
Ambassade kwam met volgende eisen terug:
Foreign Insurance Certificate as stipulated by the Office of Insurance Commission and Health Insurance of Thailand, which must be completed, signed and stamped by the insurance company. The form can be downloaded from https://longstay.tgia.org
Het formulier moet ingevuld worden, maar door wie, een Nederlands of Thais verzekeringbedijf?

1. Het zal best wel zijn dat je in december 22 een Non—O visum hebt aangevraagd, maar dat lijkt dan nu niet het geval. Je hebt nu een Non-immigrant O-A (Long stay) visum aangevraagd wat dat zijn eisen van een Non-immigrant O-A (Long stay)

2. Het verzekeringsbewijs dat gevraagd wordt kan door zowel een Thaise als een Nederlandse verzekering ingevuld worden. Staat dan ook bij de visumeisen van een O-A vermeld.

3. Wat dat criminal report betreft. In uw geval doe je de aanvraag via Den Haag, dan moet je ook in Nederland wonen en eigenlijk zelfs verblijven op het moment van de aanvraag. Je criminal report zal dan ook van Nederland moeten komen. Er klopt dus iets niet als je schrijft
“Kan je als niet in nederland inwonende ook naar de politie gaan voor een criminal record ?”
Je moet dan eigenlijk je visum aanvragen in het land waar je dan wel woont.
