I am in Thailand (Udon Thani) with a visa O.A. multiple entry since May 2023. I have heard that I can extend my visa for an additional year for free if I meet the insurance conditions.

I owned a TR 60 days. I flew to Thailand, but entered on a visa waiver. I didn't want to use TR yet because I wanted to go to Bali and use the TR on the return. Entry a stamp of 30 days. After 28 days to Bali, back after 5 days. I said 'I have visas'. They looked crazy and said that I had used my visa on my previous entry. I said no, they said yes, even though the stamp was 30 days and not 60 days.

My wife (Western) and I regularly visit Thailand. We are currently in Vietnam and will fly back to Thailand in two weeks. Now my question is, we want to stay for two months and then we have two choices (applying for a two-month visa online is only allowed in our own country). We can extend our visa once per calendar year, which we also did last year, or do a visa run. In June we will go to the Netherlands again for a few months and back to Thailand in September.

Can anyone give me more information about carrying out a border run via the Third Friendship Bridge in Nakhon Pathom? We are currently staying in Phuket and plan to travel to Udon Thani by plane, rent a car there, take a trip and do a border crossing at the same time. Or might it be easier to go to Vientiane via the First Friendship Bridge?

I will arrive in Thailand on 15/03/2024 with a TR visa. With an extension I can stay in Thailand for 90 days. For example, what if I were to leave a month earlier than 15/03/2024?

I did a visa run which is valid until January 6. I will fly back to the Netherlands on January 26. So I need another extension. I now understand that this is also possible at an immigration office in Pattaya where I am staying.

Questioner: At the beginning of January we will be going to Thailand for a longer period of time and will have to make a visa run. A friend of mine from Chiangmai told me that many border points with Myanmar are closed, with the exception of Ranong. We are staying in and around Cha Am for a longer period of time and that would be a nice trip. Does anyone know more about using Ranong as a border point for a visa run? I know I also need a visa for 3…

We both have a Non-imm O visa with annual extension based on retirement. An address notification must therefore be made every 90 days, in our case in Chiang Mai. We plan to stay in a hotel in another province (Prachuap Khiri Khan) for two months during the period of severe air pollution.

Maybe a stupid question, but since it's my first time, I'll ask anyway. I had received an annual visa on 19-12-2022 until 26-12-2023. I extended the period of residence on 30/11/2023 by one year, until 26/12/2024, and I must submit my first 90-day notification on February 27, 2024. Now I receive an email from the immigration service with the following text.
