I regularly read something about a so-called 'Marriage' visa. However, I can't find anything about this in the visa information of the Thai embassy in The Hague. Or is this something that can only be applied for in Belgium?

I am going to the Netherlands for a short holiday this week and will be back on November 27. On December 1 my visa expires, Thai Marriage, how am I going to do this with the application for a new visa?
Our intention is to leave Thailand once or twice for a stay of 8 to 10 days, for example to Cambodia or Laos. Do we have to do this before the 60 visa-free days have expired, or can we do this during the next 30 paid visa days, so within my 90 visa days?
I want to apply for Non-Immigrant “O” marriage. If I look at the requested documents that need to be submitted it is proof of ID and proof of relationship (marriage certificate). But one should also submit an invitation letter and proof of residence but that is not requested.
My wife and I entered Thailand on September 29, 2024 with a Non-Imm O visa with an expiry date of 13/02/2025. Later we saw that the immigration officer at the airport stamped the date of entry as September 23, 2024 on both of our passports.
