Does anyone have experience with a 6 foot sea container to ship my belongings to Thailand?
One of the options I am thinking of is to move my belongings from the Netherlands to Thailand in a sea container. Now there are 20-foot containers that can be rented and transported everywhere, but this is far too large for what we want to take with us. Now I am looking for a 6 foot (approximately) sea container with the associated door-to-door transport.
Moving to Thailand with my family?
Hello, we are a family of 5 people. I am 32, my husband is 35 and I have 3 kids aged 9, 2,5 and 7 months. I have been wanting to leave the Netherlands for years, I have been working as a freelancer for about 2 years now and have reached a point where I earn approximately an above-average monthly salary per week, I also have various passive income streams. Basically my idea is just sell everything, pack up and go and see if I want to stay there and for how long. Is such a thing possible?

Moving the household effects from the Netherlands to Thailand
In about 12-18 months we want to move to Thailand permanently. Many things that need to be arranged are now clear to me. It is still a puzzle, how to deal with moving part of our belongings? We also want to bring the necessary equipment that is younger than 3-5 years old. Our home is already prepared in terms of mains voltage and sockets.

Moving to Thailand, but what about medical costs?
I made the mistake of moving to Spain in December. In the winter with the cold I have physical complaints in the Netherlands, especially pain in my back and in my worn-out knee. I think Spain is also warm and my children can come over more easily. However, Spain is really not as warm in winter as I expected, I walked with pain in my back and knee for 3 months.

Reader question: Moving company from Pattaya to Khon Kaen

Reader question: Moving from Pattaya to Isaan
My name is Robert, living 12.5 years in my last city Pattaya. Moved not long ago, but not that moving is my pleasure, I want to live with partner in 1 year in Isaan (Khon Kaen). Have had Pattaya gradually but don't rush moving. Need a good hospital and insurer and, among other things, emigration there. And looking at rental houses, beautiful rental houses are offered at a competitive price. But rather live in a well-maintained house that is not too large, where luxury such as a swimming pool is not at all interesting for me.
