I am currently traveling around Asia and I would really like to live/work in Thailand for a longer period of time. At the moment I am not working and I am living off my savings, if I were working I would like to be able to work as a web developer because this is what I have done for a long time.

I have an annual visa, multi-entry and my 90 day notification is due on March 13, 2024. I'm flying back to the Netherlands on March 15. I can of course report it online if necessary, but do I still have to do or report something if I leave Thailand on March 15?

I am in the Netherlands in the summer and in Thailand in the winter, last year for 3 months, now six months. I also want to stay in Thailand for six months in a row in the coming years. I live there in Chanthaburi in the house of my Thai wife whom I married in the Netherlands. She and I never realized until now that we were obliged...

Perhaps the question about the change regarding the Non Immigration visa O (Multi Entry) has been asked before, so I apologize for asking again.
I am here in Thailand with a good acquaintance who entered Thailand with a so-called 'Visa exemption' and has now only received his 90-day visa via his email address.
I am of the opinion that he must now cross the border again to have this newly printed visa actually activated by means of a new entry stamp in his passport.

The landlord had not yet completed or submitted a TM30, after all he only has local residents in his houses, we are the only foreigners. He has given an authorization so that we can complete the TM30 ourselves every time we arrive in Thailand, after all we have a multiple entry tourist e-visa. The employee indicated that it is not a problem as long as the tm30 is on time the next time, of course this is different for every other immigration officer.

I have a one year extension based on marriage and am going to Cambodia by land next week. I was wondering if you know if I can also get a Re-entry permit at the Aranyaprathet border or is that only at the airports in Bangkok?

I'm leaving tomorrow from Thailand to the Philippines for 2 weeks and expected to be able to apply for a single entry visa online. Now I wanted to prepare that and I see that you cannot submit an application online from this country. The embassy is in Manila, but we don't go there at all.

Questioner: Ralph Suppose I want to go to Thailand within 2 weeks for a stay of about 2 months. Too short a day to apply for a visa I assume. Is it possible to travel to Thailand without a visa and apply for a visa there, and should this be done immediately upon arrival in Suvarnabhumi or is this also possible elsewhere? Will I have any problems upon arrival when the officer sees the return date? Thank you in advance …

Just looked at my passport and saw that there was no departure stamp. I went through the automatic gate at passport control in December, so not via a manned counter, but now I don't have an exit stamp. Will this simply be registered automatically or will I have problems with this when I return at the end of this year?

I plan to stay in Thailand for about 45 days. I have gone to Thailand for a short holiday before and now I want to experience what it is like to stay there a little longer. Following a recent discussion about the choice between “a tourist visa for 60 days” or “visa exemption 30 days + extension”, I would like to present my own situation.
