Living in Spain, I have the following problem with obtaining a Non Immigrant O. I meet all the criteria except one. I cannot provide a copy of 'NIE Numero Indification Extranjeros'. I have the number but no physical card and a copy of the card is required.
Thailand Visa question No. 021/24: Applying for non-immigrant visas in Thailand to work
I am currently traveling around Asia and I would really like to live/work in Thailand for a longer period of time. At the moment I am not working and I am living off my savings, if I were working I would like to be able to work as a web developer because this is what I have done for a long time.

Thailand Visa question No. 019/24: TM47 – 90 days notification, do I also have to report when I leave?
I have an annual visa, multi-entry and my 90 day notification is due on March 13, 2024. I'm flying back to the Netherlands on March 15. I can of course report it online if necessary, but do I still have to do or report something if I leave Thailand on March 15?
Questioner: Jan I have visa questions. By way of introduction, something about the situation. I am in the Netherlands in the summer and in Thailand in the winter, last year for 3 months, now six months. I also want to stay in Thailand for six months in a row in the coming years. I live there in Chanthaburi in the house of my Thai wife whom I married in the Netherlands. She and I never realized until now that we were obliged...
Perhaps the question about the change regarding the Non Immigration visa O (Multi Entry) has been asked before, so I apologize for asking again.
I am here in Thailand with a good acquaintance who entered Thailand with a so-called 'Visa exemption' and has now only received his 90-day visa via his email address.
I am of the opinion that he must now cross the border again to have this newly printed visa actually activated by means of a new entry stamp in his passport.
Thailand Visa question No. 016/24: Fill in TM30 yourself and how long can I enter with a METV?
The landlord had not yet completed or submitted a TM30, after all he only has local residents in his houses, we are the only foreigners. He has given an authorization so that we can complete the TM30 ourselves every time we arrive in Thailand, after all we have a multiple entry tourist e-visa. The employee indicated that it is not a problem as long as the tm30 is on time the next time, of course this is different for every other immigration officer.

Thailand Visa question No. 014/24: Can I still apply for a visa online from the Philippines?
I'm leaving tomorrow from Thailand to the Philippines for 2 weeks and expected to be able to apply for a single entry visa online. Now I wanted to prepare that and I see that you cannot submit an application online from this country. The embassy is in Manila, but we don't go there at all.
Thailand Visa question No. 013/24: Can I stay in Thailand for this period on a visa exemption or do I have to apply for an extension or visa?
We, myself and my Thai partner (married in Belgium, not in Thailand - hold both nationalities) plan to go to Thailand from April 10 to June 3. In the middle of this holiday we plan to visit Cambodia and/or Laos.
I am currently staying with a NON-IMMIGRANT O single entry in Jomtien for 90 days until February 25, 2024. I would like to extend this period by 30 days. Is this possible or should I do a border run or is there another solution?
Thailand Visa question No. 011/24: Too late to apply for a visa
Questioner: Ralph Suppose I want to go to Thailand within 2 weeks for a stay of about 2 months. Too short a day to apply for a visa I assume. Is it possible to travel to Thailand without a visa and apply for a visa there, and should this be done immediately upon arrival in Suvarnabhumi or is this also possible elsewhere? Will I have any problems upon arrival when the officer sees the return date? Thank you in advance …
In July I will be going to Thailand with my family of 4 for 34 days. The original plan was to also visit Cambodia, but we are now staying in Thailand. A visa costs 89,95 euros, is there another cheaper way to extend our visa?
Thailand Visa question No. 009/24: No more exit stamp in my passport, is that a problem?
Just looked at my passport and saw that there was no departure stamp. I went through the automatic gate at passport control in December, so not via a manned counter, but now I don't have an exit stamp. Will this simply be registered automatically or will I have problems with this when I return at the end of this year?

Thailand Visa question No. 007/24: Thai Embassy Brussels – Non-immigrant O applications
I am Belgian and 74 years old. The website of the Thai embassy in Brussels has been unavailable for some time. I want to leave on April 13 with a Non-immigrant O visa for 90 days. Can that be done via The Hague?
I plan to stay in Thailand for about 45 days. I have gone to Thailand for a short holiday before and now I want to experience what it is like to stay there a little longer. Following a recent discussion about the choice between “a tourist visa for 60 days” or “visa exemption 30 days + extension”, I would like to present my own situation.
