Thailand Visa Question No. 220/24: 90 days notification – first notification after entry
Questioner: Henk I have been doing my '90 day report' online for many years. Apart from the online system sometimes being down for a few days, I have never had any problems before. Until today I received this e-mail response one day after completing the 90 day online application: For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required. Is this a new requirement, I can't say anything about this …
Thailand Visa Question No. 219/24: What about the 90 days notice when I leave Thailand?
Questioner: William Question about 90 days report. You can do 90 days report at Immigration from 2 weeks before expiration date until 1 week after. If you are too late with reporting you will get a fine of 2000 Baht in Phuket + a stamp about it in your passport. How does this work if you are away from Thailand for a period of 10 weeks and cannot do 90 days report upon departure? Halfway through your absence period you would …
Questioner: Andreas I recently applied for a TR visa because I was under the impression that this would allow a 90-day stay, to my surprise I only got 60 days at the airport, which I can of course extend at immigration, but you can get 60 days without a visa, previously the issued visa stated how many days the stay was, this is now completely missing. So a TR visa is simply not necessary …
TB Immigration Infobrief No. 047/24: Online 90-day notification refused after entry
Reporter: Stefaan FYI: Online 90-day notification refused. Yesterday I neatly submitted my 90-day notification online. Today I receive the message that I have to report in person, because I returned in June from a trip abroad with a single entry. In June I did report in person to immigration upon my return. Why they are now refusing my 90-day notification I do not understand. This whole thing is quietly starting to bore me. …
Thailand Visa Question No. 153/24: 90 days notification online after new passport and TM30 info
I have filed the 90-day declaration online for the past few years. Now, a few months ago, I received a new passport from the Belgian embassy. For the next 90-day declaration, I went to Immigration in Jomtien. To my question whether I can file the 90-day declaration online again in the future, I have not yet received an answer from Immigration.
TB Immigration Information Letter No. 044/24: Immigration Chachoengsao – Thai marriage visa and 90 day notification
As I mentioned earlier, I was at Immigration on July 16 to extend my period of stay on the basis of Thai marriage. After 30 days of Under Consideration, during which I waited for a home visit from Immigration officials, I received a message on August 15 that the extension of my stay had been approved.
Thailand Visa question No. 142/24: Non-immigrant O applications and return is later than 90 days
I am going to Thailand from November 7 to April 17 (161 days) and will stay there at my girlfriend's house. For this I want to apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa and then later apply for a one-year extension in Thailand.
I am Belgian. On November 15 I am going to Thailand to visit my girlfriend. I can now stay there for 2 months without a visa, but I can extend for a month, so the travel agency told me? I have already booked a return flight on January 14, 2025, so 90 days. I have also been told that I have to book a bus trip to Laos in 60 days so that they see that I am leaving the country.
Thailand Visa question No. 134/24: Must the first 90 days reporting after return always be done at the immigration office?
Weird, but yeah TIT. Last year I submitted the 90-day report via the internet, it was not that easy, but in the end I succeeded. So now I've gone home for a while and have to resubmit my 90-day report. Because this worked last time after some difficulties, I thought I would be done with it soon, but I was disappointed.
TB Immigration Information letter no. 038/24: Immigration Chachoengsao – Thai Marriage year extension and 90 days notification
On Tuesday, July 16, I went to Immigration in Chachoengsao to extend my Non-O stay. Stay valid until August 23, but you can submit an application for extension 45 days in advance. It is no longer possible to make an appointment online, just walk in and you are often the only visitor.
I arrived in Thailand on February 10 with a NON-O visa. I submitted the TM30 notification online (for the annual extension I had to convert this notification to a slip issued by Immigration Chonburi, because the online printed notification was not accepted).
My 90 days expire April 27th. However, I plan to go to Belgium from the end of March to the end of April. Is that a problem if my 90 day tax return has expired?
Thailand Visa question No. 053/24: Re entry and 90 days notification

TB Immigration Information Letter No. 014/24: 90 days notification online, they should do more business
They should do the 90 day notification online for more business. After my first report online, I had noted the following report on the calendar so that I would not forget, because you will simply get a fine here if you forget: Baht 2000.
TB Immigration Information Letter No. 013/24: Online 90 day notification not available from Feb 23-Feb 26
Just saw the following notification from Immigration regarding the 90 day online notification. Especially for those who would use it during the period February 23-26.
TB Immigration Information Letter No. 011/24: 90 days online reporting also accepted the first time
I have read here several times that you must submit the 90 day notification in person the first time at the local immigration office, and then it can be done online. Today I tried to make the first report online immediately. After submitting online, I immediately received a confirmation of receipt. And to my surprise, two hours later, a PDF file to insert into the passport, with the new date for the next 90 days notification.
Thailand Visa Question No. 036/24: TM47 – 90 days online address reporting is rejected
On February 3, I will apply online (TM 47) for a 90-day notification. The date to register again was February 4, 2024. On February 5, I received an email that my application had been rejected, reason = incomplete. On February 8 I go to the immigration office, my 90 day notification is processed manually. The date to report back is now May 9. So everything's fine on that front.
I am currently staying with a NON-IMMIGRANT O single entry in Jomtien for 90 days until February 25, 2024. I would like to extend this period by 30 days. Is this possible or should I do a border run or is there another solution?
Thailand Visa Question No. 253/23: Where should I report my 90 days?
We both have a Non-imm O visa with annual extension based on retirement. An address notification must therefore be made every 90 days, in our case in Chiang Mai. We plan to stay in a hotel in another province (Prachuap Khiri Khan) for two months during the period of severe air pollution.
On September 25, I re-entered Thailand for the 8th year. I always have a Non O retirement visa from October 7 to October 7 next year. I now have to get my 90 day stamp before Christmas. Someone always did that for me at the immigration service in Map taphut.
Thailand Visa Question No. 250/23: Do I need to complete my 90 day report if I am outside Thailand?
I have been living in Thailand for almost 17 years and am planning to go to the Netherlands for 4 months next year. During those 4 months I normally have to make my 90 day report in Thailand, but because I am staying in the Netherlands I cannot do that.
