I have booked a outbound flight from Brussels to Bangkok on September 24. Because I had applied for a non-immigrant visa, I thought that an outbound flight was a good idea because I want to apply for an annual visa at immigration in Pattaya. I still haven't received a visa and I don't hope for one anymore.

Question about tourist visa (60 days). The validity of the visa is 3 months. Does this mean that I can go to Thailand for a maximum of 3 days before the 60 months expire or can I go to Thailand for a maximum of 3 days within those 60 months?
