In my description of the nicest and cosiest street in Udon, soi sampan, I already let slip that in my opinion daSofia is one of the best, if not the best, restaurant on this street. daSofia is mainly oriented towards Italian cuisine. Many ingredients are imported from Italy, which means that the dishes at daSofia are always authentic in taste and of top quality.
