Chinatown is a must see when you stay in Bangkok. There are always people busy here, mostly trading and preparing food. The Chinese district in the capital is famous for the delicious and special dishes that you can buy there. Restaurants and food stalls to coast and to choose from.

Soon I will go to Jomtien again. I love Thai cuisine, but on my last visit, some of my favorite restaurants and coffee shops were gone. I especially like curries such as paneng, green curry and massaman, but they are not prepared equally well everywhere. I like eating in Jomtien at Aroi Dee (next to immigration) and Natan. Who has suggestions for other restaurants in Jomtien or Pattaya that serve good Thai food?

Why is it not possible in Thailand to serve the food immediately as we are used to in the Netherlands. Went for dinner with my girlfriend yesterday. She didn't get her food until I had already finished mine. There's no point in waiting because then my food will get cold. And I'm not just talking about the cheap restaurants, I've also experienced it a few times in the expensive segment.

A journalist from the Bangkok Post was instructed to look for restaurants where people can eat well at very affordable prices. She discovered that Bangkok has a lot to offer when it comes to a budget-friendly meal. Are there many restaurants within walking distance (500 – 1.200 m) from the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel in Jomtien? And then no restaurants belonging to a hotel, but just nice eateries.

A few years ago there was a message on Thailandblog that the restaurants in the center, which were built on the beach, had to disappear because they were there illegally. No planning permission and on government land (beach). How is the situation there now? I haven't been to Hua Hin for a few years but still want to know if those excellent seafood restaurants are still there?
