Cheap charlie's bar is reopening
A piece of nostalgia that returns, that's good news. Many expats have warm memories of the well-known and 35-year-old bar that used to be located on Soi Sukhumvit 11 in Bangkok. That building has since been demolished to make room for urban development in that area.
