I understand that you can fly (directly via KLM) from Bangkok to Koh Samui with flight no. PG5125 and PG5171. Is it just these two flight numbers? Or as the Thaipass site says: Domestic transit in Thailand is allowed ONLY from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Koh Samui and Phuket by a dedicated 4 digit flight PG5XXX.

I have a question about filling in online form TM90 for 47 days, where I have to fill in a stay visa expire date. Is that the last day of my 90 days? It's March 26 for me. Or is that the date my annual visa expires which is October 4th this year?

Regarding to my visit, had all papers in order I thought but was confronted with a new (?) rule. Namely, it is now required that the income statement from the embassy must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok. Made an appointment there online but can't go there until February 25th. So be there in time!
