I am flying to Samui over Bangkok on April 23 with KLM. This has been booked as 1 booking. Is it true that I can just make this trip and then enter the Test & Go program from Samui via my hotel? Or do I have to stay in Bangkok for 1 night and continue from there?

My wife and I want to fly to Bangkok around April 20 and fly on after about 10 days to see our daughter there after almost 2 years. When I look up information about the entry conditions of Thailand, I read that there is a Test and Go program with 1 mandatory SHA+ booking (incl. PCR test) and a Sandbox program with a mandatory 5-day stay. If I test negative at Test & Go on arrival, can I still go wherever I want? So who is the Sandbox program for?

And how is this registered? Do you have to upload this yourself in the Morchana app? How do you prove that that self-test is yours?

I want to fly to Bangkok with my family during the summer holidays to do a tour from there. Now I'm wondering with the Test & Go if I need to buy some sort of package? Or that I can also book the SHA++ hotel “separately”? And this hotel can email for a transfer with RT-PCR test?
I feel that the Test & Go packages I find are quite expensive.

As of March 1, Thailand will relax the Test & Go entry conditions for travelers entering the country by air, land and water.
