I take 10 mg Lisinopril and 47.5 mg Metroprolol Succinate daily for high blood pressure. My blood pressure is good… average around 150/90 I check that myself regularly 1 or 2x pm. Now I'm almost through my stock of medicines, brought from NL and I wonder if I can buy the same here in Jomtien at the pharmacy, or if you might have a good alternative.
I heard through the grapevine that all KLM flights (Amsterdam – Bangkok) were canceled in July. The flights have now been transferred to August. Have others also received this message? Can someone confirm that?

I am 58 years old and since about 4 weeks I use aspirin Ascot 100 to replace carbasalate calcium 81 (sandoz) as a blood thinner. Reader question: Alternative to EuroTV
Today I received a message that the Eurosport channels are no longer available on EuroTV. Have others had this too? Does anyone know an alternative regarding the upcoming months, where cycling will start again and tennis etc, so that we can listen in our own language, B + NL?
On July 2 I fly to the Netherlands with EVA Air at 12.30 pm. Does anyone have experience with how things are going on Suvarnabhumi right now? Are there more rules than checking temperature, face mask and hand gel? And do you currently spend a lot of time on passport control, etc.?
