Complaints about Thai Airways
We booked a ticket, my husband and I, with Thai Airways on July 29 to Bangkok from BXL in February . jl. And afterwards a domestic flight from Bangkok to Krabi and 2 hotels. So 2 weeks vacation. Now I received 4 emails from Thai Airways last Friday, May 13, that the flights are both 1 day early. With apologies. No idea why, but serious consequences. Domestic flight lost and the hotels have to change.

I have a Thai Airways voucher for an amount equivalent to the flight that was booked at the time, which I can use for a next flight to be booked. The voucher states that if you want to book a flight and use your voucher, you must book this via the local Thai Airways office, Brussels in my case, and therefore cannot be done on the Thai Airways website. But now it appears that the telephone numbers that were previously active have suddenly been disconnected! Proximus announcement that the number no longer exists is the only thing you will hear.
