Which is more fun to live in Pattaya, Jomtien or Naklua?
I want to rent a condo in Pattaya, Jomtien or Naklua for a longer period of time. There's plenty of choice so that's not a problem. I do find the choice difficult. Pattaya is more alive, but a condo is more expensive there. I'd love to hear some tips from experts. What made you decide to live in Pattaya, Jomtien or Naklua? What are the advantages/disadvantages?

Renting a condo at Viewtalay 2b in Jomtien, where is my contact person?
I have been renting a condo at Viewtalay 2012b in Jomtien since 2 from a Thai lady named Rin. The last time was 2019. In 2020 I planned to book again. That went through her friend Steve, but he said that Rin's son, who is on holiday in Isaan, had a motorcycle accident and was hospitalized with serious injuries. Rin went there to help him, so the rental of the condos is on hold.
Is the sea at Jomtien clean?
I am staying in Jomtien for 3 weeks. Now I like to lie on the beach and when it gets hot a refreshing dip in the sea is a welcome relief. I know that the sea water at Pattaya is like an open sewer, but what is it like in Jomtien? Of course I don't feel like swimming in the excrement.

Condo in Jomtien with Dutch TV
I am going to Thailand for a month in September. Now I want to look for a condo in Jomtien, but I would like a condo with Dutch television. Can someone recommend something? I want to spend about 5.000 baht for a whole month for the condo.
As usual, we know the width of the beach in Jomtien as photographed here by me on June 8, 2022, at Soi Wat Bun Kanchana. That's how narrow and romantic and practical it was until now.
Rent a condo in Jomtien, but not tiny?
I saw a reader question about renting in Pattaya yesterday. I also have a question about that but in Jomtien. Now there is plenty to rent, but almost only condos of 25 square meters. Sometimes a bedroom and kitchen are crammed into the 25 m2. And a tiny balcony where just 1 chair can stand. Then you have to live in a broom closet, right?

Bad parking experience Pattaya (Jomtien)
Since I am going to Phuket for a 4-day trip, I will park my car on Wednesday 1/12/2021 at 11.10 AM on Threppasit road Jomtien(2x 2-lane lane) at 300 meters from the Roong Reuang Coach bus station, to take the take bus to Suvarnabhumi airport Bangkok.
