The day before yesterday we witnessed a traffic accident between two motorbikes in Pattaya, from the balcony of our condo. A man was injured and lay unconscious on the asphalt (no helmet on of course). The police arrived fairly quickly, but instead of providing first aid, they directed traffic without caring about the victim.
