I went to immigration in Chiang Mai on February 16 to extend my married visa. So now I have to come back on April 20 for the Extension to stay. But because the air in Chiang Mai is unbearable, I went to Pattaya. Normally I do my 90 day report online. Unfortunately, that site is now down.

Via the site immigration.go.th I extended my TM 3 online every 47 months. This site no longer works, so I found the site thaidocs.online/tm47 via google. I entered my details here and sent it, but received no response.

I already mentioned it a few days ago in replies to a message about the new covid vaccine, visa exemption access is allowed again. But often it takes several days for the local Thai Embassies to publish and apply the latest changes. Yet I often see that some embassies are faster. This is also the case with the embassy in the UAE.

I recently filed a 90-day address report at a different office than my usual region Immigration Office. I made this report to the Drive Thru of the Immigration Office in Chiang Mai. This feature is still active and there are no plans to deprecate it at this time.

Received my extension for Non-O in Ubon last Monday. However, my date for the 90 day notification remained unchanged due to my latest arrival stamp, which means that I have to report for the residential address in January, two months after receiving my Non O.

My daughter will give birth next year and as a brand new grandfather I want to be there as much as possible. Now my plan is to travel to Belgium after every three months and stay there for a month. In total we would stay in Europe for 90 days. Now a good acquaintance of mine says that this is not possible at all because my Thai girlfriend has to stay in Thailand for at least 180 days after returning from NL/Belgium.

I would like to remind you that those who took advantage of the waiver to postpone their 90-day reporting. Today August 31 is the last day you could fix this. From tomorrow you may be fined between 2.000 and 4.000 Baht, but it is your immigration office that will decide on that.

The report of 24/07/2020 states that everyone must make another 90-day report. Can this also be done online or must it be done in person? And then the second question, concerns BKK. Just at Chaeng Watthana or at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani?

I have a Non Immigrant O Multiple Entry annual visa. Came in on March 2, 2020. Normally I would do a border run after 90 days. Since the borders are still closed, that was not possible. The government has now extended the visa amnesty until September 26.
Question: did I have to show myself at the Immigration Office every time after 90 days?

Today Monday morning May 18, 2020 at 9.18 am we went to the Chiang Mai Immigration for my 90 days report. Arriving at the parking lot we had to join the drive trhu. We had 7 cars in front of us and the waiting time per car was less than a minute, until it was the turn of car 8 (that was us) then the handling got a bit complicated.

Questioner: Rudolf I have a difference of opinion with my Thai wife. My Dutch brother-in-law has been living in Thailand (Kantang) with my sister-in-law for about 8 years on the basis of marriage. She has 3 children from a Thai man. I thought I read here that if the Thai partner dies early, you can stay until the annual visa expires. I think he needs to remarry soon if this ever happens, or else a retired visa…

Currently I am staying in Thailand and want to stay longer. I now have a tourist visa with a 30 day extension until May 19. My KLM flight is scheduled for May 16, but it will probably not take place due to the restrictions of the Thai government. I also intend to stay longer in Thailand because I have a son here in another province with a Dutch and a Thai passport.
