Thailand visa application No. 192/20: 90 days notice in Chiang Mai

Questioner: Sjaakie

In the coming week I have to submit a 90-day address report, but that week I will not be staying in the region where I live, but in Chiang Mai. Where in Chiang Mai can I report that address to Immigration?

Are there any specifics, opening times, queuing for hours, other advice?

Thanks in advance.

I think there are enough readers who live in Chiang Mai. I prefer to leave it to them so that you get the most recent information.

You will also have known for a long time that it can also be done online or via an app, but you prefer to make the report yourself. Nothing wrong with it.

Chiang Mai immigration is easy to find, located between Central Airport Plaza and the airport.
You drive from the shopping mall towards the airport, about 100 meters before the airport you will find the immigration office on the left. I have good experiences there. Everything neatly arranged and never a long wait. You can also submit a 90-day notification in the “drive through”. Convenient and super fast. Good luck!

Drive through is no more. Just back in promenada above

Nicky, a few weeks ago I was at immigration Chiang Mai for an annual visa extension. Still drive through. I'm talking about immigration near the airport and not Promenade.

You don't have to wait until the last day. We also went a week earlier the last time. For the 90 days notification is nowadays again in promenada. Upstairs at xe bangkok bank left and straight ahead. Goes super fast. Just form and passport. No copies.

    Simply online: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

You can go to the drive-in service at the Immigration office on the way to the airport.
It takes less than 5 minutes.
I usually go between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. and the waiting time is usually only 1 or 2 people.
    Success.
