My girlfriend and I have a Tourist TR visa of 60 days with January 26 as the last day. We first planned to extend our visa with the well-known 30 days, so that we would have enough time until our return flight on February 20.
Do I have to make a border run on 5-2-2023 to get 90 again or can I get an extension online via the TM47 notification until 20-4-2023.

We would like to know which border crossings are now open over land to make border runs? Our final destination will be Koh Samui in 1 week, if we have to make them then, what is the best and fastest option to make a border run?

We will be visiting family from the Netherlands next month, who will stay in our house for 2 weeks and then go back to the Netherlands. Do we have to register them via a TM30 form? We also have an online account to do a TM30 which is a lot easier.
The question I'm asking now must have been asked hundreds of times, therefore confusing for me. I have lived in both North Thailand and South (ptty) from 2009 to 2015, returned a few times for a few month to year to NL. Now in 2023 I would like to go back, but now to immigrate.
I have applied for and received a Non Immigrant OA multiple entry online via Brussels, it is valid for 1 year. What is not clear to me is, do I have to go to an immigration office in my area after 3 months? If so, what papers should I bring because I can't find them anywhere?
I recently obtained my year extension in Jomtien. Before the annual extension, this was 1900 Baht at counter 7. However, at counter 10 (on entry) I also had to pay 1500 Baht, another applicant also had to pay the same amount. Question, this 1500 Baht cost what is this based on?

I have to report my 90 days to immigration in mid-January. I want to do this online as always, but I still see the entry departure card TM6, this has been abolished, hasn't it?
Or do I enter the number of my very last departure card (2021)?

I'm curious how many days I can stay in Thailand with a Visa on Arrival overland when I come back. 7, 15, 30, 45 days or will I be refused?

I live and am registered in the Netherlands and want to keep it that way. i want to come to thailand 3-4 times a year for two months or so. I am 74 years old, retired but still working. I have pension income from the US and the Netherlands. Converted to about 69.000 baht/month of pension, close to income requirements. If the prices drop I can stay there. Also, I would not want to automatically transfer my pension income to Thailand because I will not be living in Thailand. My consultancy and online education income do not come from Thailand. Including income from work, I generously meet the requirements for 65.000 baht per month.
I have a 90-day visa and want to extend it for about 40 days. Can this be done through a visa exemption application at an immigration office? Can it also be extended by 60 days based on being married to a Thai? What should I be able to submit?
