Questioner: Ferdinand PI

We will be visiting family from the Netherlands next month, who will stay in our house for 2 weeks and then go back to the Netherlands. Do we have to register them via a TM30 form? We also have an online account to do a TM30 which is a lot easier.

Officially, the person responsible for the address must report everyone staying at his/her address. It doesn't matter if that's family or not. However, if they do not qualify for immigration (e.g. extension), no one will really complain if that has not happened. But you have an online account to make that report. So what is the problem actually?
