I have a question for people who live in Pattaya or at least know their way around. In the good old days when I still lived in the Netherlands, I went to my GP about once every two years and had him check for suspicious skin spots and if he found them, he treated them with nitrogen, depending on the size, and Piet felt safe again. There is (unfortunately) melanoma in my family, so it is better to be there in time than cure later.

I have a question about AOW and staying in Thailand, I know that it is mandatory to deregister in the Netherlands when you stay in Thailand for more than 4 months a year. You then lose 2% per year on your AOW benefit.
