I am leaving for Thailand, Hua Hin on November 28. I want to settle there permanently. And buy a house in the future. To prepare myself well, I am looking for someone who can provide purchase guidance. In Spain, where I am staying now, you engage a Gestor, who checks whether all bills have been paid, a residence permit is present and whether there is no mortgage on the property, etc.

Can you book a car with driver for a one-way trip to Hua Hin upon arrival at Don Muang, without prior reservation? I don't mean the regular taxis. There are several companies on the internet that offer this type of transport, but apparently you have to book in advance. I would rather do this upon arrival at the airport.
