I have deregistered from NL and registered in Thailand. I have a house in NL that is rented out and I have some shares that generate dividends. I understand that my house unfortunately falls into box 3, just like my future pension. Where should I declare my dividend on shares and how? And my rental income?
I want to book a hotel in Pattaya for 2 weeks, but a bit central. Now I don't want the hotel to be full of Indians. I don't discriminate but it's too loud for me. I regularly use Bolt as a taxi here in Thailand and I really like it. Now you also have Grab, I have no experience with that. Does that work exactly the same? Are there also differences, in prices for example?

In Pattaya I already see more of the hash and weed shops than the 7-Eleven. In my street I see like 3 and no one is ever inside. How do they pay all those shops? Do Thai borrow money for something like that? And how do they expect to make money when there is so much competition?
