Normally I send a package to Thailand twice a year without any problems via PostNL, complete with track & trace. However, this routine was disrupted recently when a 3,5kg package filled with T-shirts and underwear for my girlfriend did not arrive as expected. Instead, she received a message that an unexpected tax of 1.600 baht was due.

I'm finally going back to Thailand. Before corona I went from Bangkok to Pattaya with Bell travel service. They came to pick you up with minivans at your hotel in Bengkok, then with a bus to Pattaya and back with minivans to your hotel. Now I look at the website and you only get the bus service from Pattaya bus. Does anyone know if they still do this? If not what is an alternative?
