Nice to read that the annual (90 days) grant at Immigration Jomtien went so smoothly. Unfortunately, I have a different experience when extending my e-visa for 60 days.

It's great how you helped me navigate the visa mess the last time. I now commute between the Netherlands and Thailand on a Non-Immigrant O visa. Requested and received based on your advice, works great. This is an annual visa, multiple entry, received as a retiree over 50. It is still valid until August 31.

What a surprise. I went to immigration Phayao to extend my stay, the 90 day extension. I've been living here for quite a while, so it was a piece of cake, I thought. I have a retirement O visa. How different the application went. I gave my passport visa and application to the lady. A little later she called me over and said it was better that I come back with my partner.

My Belgian friend will arrive in Bangkok on November 11 and will then receive a 30-day stay in his passport. He leaves back to Belgium on December 18, so he is one week short. Previously we were able to get the bridge over extra days via Mea Sai, but that doesn't work now.

Is it true that you can only request an extension through immigration once every 1 days? I want to go back at the end of the year with a Single Entry Visa. Can I still extend this at immigration?
