I now see that this is also the case for the flight on 13/1. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Operational problems were given as the reason.

As they sometimes say: “the perseverance wins”! Last year around this time I also mentioned in a response to a question on Thailand blog about the refund of tickets from Thai Airways. All tickets starting with 217 and purchased before 25/3/2020 are eligible for a refund or a voucher, even if, like me, you didn't book directly with Thai Airways.

Are there people who can get in touch with Thai Airways? Who get an answer to their refund of the tickets Brussels – Bangkok? I so want to know the way to get back our pennies that we worked so hard for. It has to be possible somehow, right?
I don't want vouchers but a refund from Thai Airways
I bought two tickets through Trip.com from Brussels to Bangkok in 2020 for September 2020. This trip was canceled by Thai Airways due to Corona. Received vouchers today (June 27, 2022) after many emails and phone calls with Trip.com. But I want a refund and no vouchers.
Good news for people who are still waiting for their tickets to be refunded by D-travel. The ILT has obliged the relevant airlines to reimburse them.
Don't use Thai Airways voucher then money back?
In May 2020 we (4 people) would travel to Jakarta with Thai Airways. Our trip was canceled due to covid. We were eligible for a voucher with an end date of the end of 2022. It looks like we can no longer travel together. Will we get our money back then?
Refund AQ-Hotel?
I booked a quarantine hotel for 1 day under the old Thailand-Pass rules. Cost: 4400 Baht. When I ask the hotel to refund me this amount (minus costs) now, they demand a photocopy of my passport and my credit card. Anyone experience with this?
Thousands of passengers have still not received a refund for their flight that was canceled due to corona. Especially foreign airlines and the so-called intermediaries who sell airline tickets do not pay out. This is evident from inquiries by BNR at three major claims organisations.
THAI Airways is not bankrupt (readers' submission)
On 7-10-2019 I had booked a flight to Chiang Mai H&T at travel agency Joker (BE). Wednesday 10-11-2021 received confirmation from Joker after 25 months that Thai Airways has refunded the money.
Has anyone received a refund from Thai Airways?
I would like to know if anyone from Thai Airways has received a refund of tickets? We booked in February 2020, before the Corona period and we had to cancel because they had changed the flights so that we would miss the connection.

KLM will continue with its flexible rebooking policy for longer. Travelers may change their booking free of charge during this period. The airline is extending the option of rebooking your flight for free due to the corona travel restrictions that still apply in many countries.
Thailand question: Flight EVA Air canceled and refunded
I'm not quite sure, hence this question. I had made a booking for flight tickets with Eva Air. Both the outward and return journeys have been canceled by Eva Air.
I'm trying to get in touch with Travel2be about the refund of paid tickets. It does not work.
Is there anyone here who has already received money back from Thai Airways from the canceled flights? We normally flew from Brussels to Bangkok at the end of November 2020, but still no news about the refund.
Reader Submission: THAI Airways Ticket Reimbursement
Tickets booked in January 2020 for travel in May 2020 (Bkk – Brussels and back). Given the flights were canceled due to Covid: vouchers received. Refund requested instead of vouchers but great silence on the side of Thai Airways. Even received new vouchers this week, valid until December 30, 2022.
