Thailand question: Contact Thai Airways about refund tickets?
Dear readers,
Are there people who can get in touch with Thai Airways? Who get an answer to their refund of the tickets Brussels – Bangkok? I so want to know the way to get back our pennies that we worked so hard for. It has to be possible somehow, right?
Regards,
Melissa
Editors: Do you have a question for the readers of Thailandblog? Use it contact form..
Dear Melissa,
You can get in touch with Thai Airways very easily, via LINE.
The LINE address is at the bottom of Thai's website.
It is best to install the LINE app.
You can chat directly with the head office in Bangkok, but please note: only during office hours in Thailand.
Success!
Wim.

Totally unexpectedly, about 2 months ago after 2 1/2 years, I got the first of the 2 ticket canceled due to COVID refunded by Thai Airways.
You can do it via website at flightright or similar companies
Dear Mellisa, I have been waiting for a settlement since 2019, I am always kindly asked to be patient and that they are working on my file. I hope it goes more smoothly for you, regards Philip.
I quite recently booked a trip on Thai-airways BRU – FRA – BKK for July
On this website I also came across this link to ask for your money back I think….
https://www.thaiairways.com/en/help/contact_us/request_refund_tva.page
Oops it turns out to be a Thai travel voucher if you have one in your possession.
Or you can of course book a new trip to beautiful Thailand with this voucher.
