KLM will continue with its flexible rebooking policy for longer. Travelers may change their booking free of charge during this period. The airline is extending the option of rebooking your flight for free due to the corona travel restrictions that still apply in many countries.

Passengers who have already bought or are going to book a flight ticket with a departure up to and including 30 June 2022 can choose a different departure and arrival date free of charge. If a ticket has become more expensive in the meantime, any price difference must be paid additionally.

You can also choose a voucher that can be used for a later flight or a flight to another destination, if operated by KLM or partners Air France, Delta Air Lines or Virgin Atlantic. If you decide not to fly, the dd voucher can be used again for a refund.

The flexible rebooking policy was introduced by KLM in March 2020 due to the corona crisis. So if Thailand does impose a new travel restriction in the coming months, this will not have any annoying financial consequences for your KLM ticket.
