I have a question about converting NON-IMM O multiple into a retirement visa. Our NON-IMM O multiple visa expires on February 21, 2023. If we enter Thailand on February 5 on this visa, can we apply for a retirement visa after 60 days? Normally you can apply for a new visa 30 days before the expiry of your current visa. Does this also apply to the category NON-IMM O multiple to a retirement visa?

For my non-O Retired annual extension, I use the bank amount of at least 800.000 Baht. I want to apply for a year extension 1 more time using this method. However, I want to apply for the next extension by proving monthly deposits of at least 65.000 baht.

Can you explain to me why my annual visa date has been shortened by a month this year? All years as long as I have been here I had to submit applications before December 25th. On October 25 of that year my 90 days expired. On instructions from an employee, I was able to apply for my annual visa right away. To my surprise, I now saw that I have to apply for or hand in before November 25. How is this possible or did something go wrong?

I have a question regarding my next year extension (the 5th) based on retirement. My current extension runs until the end of January 2023. So I would go to immigration at the beginning of January 2023. Until the beginning of September, my bank account was always an account at a Kasikorn branch in Koh Samui where I stayed a long time ago. I have been living in Jomtien for a few years now.

I had Retirement visa OA and have now switched to a Thai Marriage visa. For this I have to provide a lot of paperwork + photos of my house and wife etc etc. I then had to wait 30 days after someone from Immigration visited and then received my final visa based on Thai Marriage.

I have an “o” retirement visa. Every year in April I apply for an 'extension of stay' with the 800.000 baht in the bank. The extension runs every time until May 16. Now this year I made a mistake by using money from that 800.000 baht too early. And this within those 3 months that this sum must remain in the bank after application (up to 746.583 baht. I topped up this sum back to 3 baht after about 800.000 months.

I went to immigration today with my old and new passport. When it was my turn, the officer said that today I could only convert my passport. I have to go back tomorrow for the annual renewal. I then asked if he wanted to see if I had the necessary documents.

I entered Thailand on September 23. With a Non O single entry valid until December 22. My intention is to extend afterwards for 1 year. I transferred the amount of 800.000 baht to the Thai bank on September 17. My concern is that if I renew at tm Samutprakaan at the end of November, I might get in trouble, because the 3 months requirement is not enough. At tm in nonburie it says in 60 days.

When can or must I apply for an extension of 90 days or a year at the latest? This is due to the timely deposit of the 800.000 baht. I now have a Non imm O multiple entry valid until 28-10-2022. On Sept 21 I enter Thailand and get a 90 day stamp. so that will be departure around December 20th. Which date determines the application, the visa date or the entry stamp in my passport?

I want to go to Thailand again soon and then apply for a 3 month visa to visit my wife. Then when it is almost over I want to apply for a retirement visa because I think this is easier than a Thai wife visa (I did for years and my wife has to take a day off every x and we have to deliver a lot). I already have the necessary THB 800.000 in my account for this.

I did my 90 day notification today as well as my year extension in order. After checking all the papers, which I think were all in order, there was a discussion between my wife and the immigration officer. As it turned out, my wife had to take a copy of her ID card and the blue housekeeping book. Seems to be a new rule for applying for an annual extension here in Khon Kaen, don't know if this is also the case elsewhere?

Now I have received an extension of stay for 2 months on my Non O because the bank account was not good. Well, I was looking, but can you still get that year extension, actually after your 2-month extension? Because this is another stamp and the Non O expires before then.
