I would like to know how and where I have to register at my home address. For example, because I have to be able to prove where I live in order to get my driver's license. Recently I had a one-way ticket from the Netherlands to Thailand and when I commented that I live in Thailand, I was asked if I could prove that. I am married and live with my wife. I did my 90 day notification today as well as my year extension in order. After checking all the papers, which I think were all in order, there was a discussion between my wife and the immigration officer. As it turned out, my wife had to take a copy of her ID card and the blue housekeeping book. Seems to be a new rule for applying for an annual extension here in Khon Kaen, don't know if this is also the case elsewhere?
