As soon as it is possible again I would like to travel from Bangkok to Cambodia and preferably by bus. Do I have to hand over my travel pass to the man who comes around on the bus to arrange a visa or is a copy of the travel pass or ID card sufficient or is a photo enough? When you hand over your travel pass, is this all reliable?

On October 20, 2020 I wanted to travel to Cambodia from Brussels with Qatar Airways, but was not allowed to continue in Seoul due to an unsigned covid certificate and had to return to Brussels. No compensation.

It's not Thailand, but better than nothing at all. I understand that Cambodia is now (or still) accessible. Visas could be obtained through the consulate/embassy in Brussels. With quarantine, a 'deposit' of $2000 and mandatory insurance etc.

Have been staying in Cambodia for several months now. Have a return ticket for the Netherlands on July 12 from Bangkok. It looks like the flight is about to take place. The problem, however, is: how do I get there? No flights or buses from here due to Corona. Who knows what to do?

I have been coming to Thailand for over 30 years now I have a Thai boyfriend, for 18 years. What I do regularly is last 3 years 6 months to Thailand. I then have a two month visa. I have applied for a 30-day visa extension at Immigration many times. What I then to obtain the extension another 30 days I go to the border crossing with Thailand and Cambodia Poipet over. However, in February I wanted to do that again, now it appears that you have to stay in Cambodia for a day and can go back the next day.

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen wants to crack down on motorists who repeatedly break traffic rules. Speaking at yesterday's closing ceremony of the Interior Ministry's annual conference, Hun Sen suggested that persistent traffic offenders should have their driver's licenses taken away and be banned from driving for years to keep them off the roads.

Of course you must have visited the S21 prison and the Killing Fields in the capital of Cambodia to get an impression of the atrocities committed by the Khmer Rouge. Wandering along the boulevard and soaking up the mighty Mekong River is also a must and of course there are temples. On the internet you will find a number of trips under 'What to do in Phnom Penh', but simply discovering something yourself is often a lot more fun than all those pre-made offers, not to mention often very cheap.
