I have a few questions regarding business class flying to Bangkok. Which airline do you recommend and why? Can you take more luggage? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
For the SVB I have to have my living form filled out, at the Embassy or at the SSO. I live in Jomtien and as far as I know there is an SSO in Chonburi. Does anyone know if there is also one in Banglamung/Pattaya? And would this also be possible in another place?
Do they also have employment agencies in Thailand as we know them? Would there be more advantages than disadvantages for entrepreneurs to hire flex workers through an employment agency?

Reader question: Condo in Pattaya wanted for a year
At the end of August I will go to Pattaya for 4 weeks, in January I want to go for 8 months. I would like to rent an apartment for a year, if I like it I will stay there for a longer period of time. The problem is, I don't know where to start looking.
Many questions arise regarding this new phenomenon. Thailand blog stated that a health certificate was required from someone on Koh Samui, to be drawn up by a hospital and not by a doctor in a clinic. This would involve blood pressure, X-ray of the lungs for TB, urine check (for drugs?), blood check for HIV.
What do the monks do with those yellow buckets that are donated to the temple?
