I own a condo (actually two, one of which I had made) in Jomtien. I was last in January and left for Belgium because my three months leave was over. The intention was to return in April-May-June, but that was not possible due to Covid-1. Every year in April the Maintenance Fee comes to pay, but people can no longer go to Thailand this year.
