Home » Reader question » Reader question: Where can you go for a second-hand scooter in Pattaya?
Dear readers,
I have a question about used scooter. My girlfriend in Pattaya had an accident due to bad weather and a dog crossing the road. Many abrasions and hospital visits for wounds and bruises. Fortunately, helmet on.
Given her financial situation, I have transferred money so that she can make ends meet a little easier now that she is not working due to corona and can purchase necessary medicines.
Her scooter is a total loss and hope to find / hear an address in Pattaya through this road where she can go and have a look so that she is more mobile again. It is a used scooter.
Does anyone know what a reasonable 2nd hand Honda Click should cost?
Yours faithfully,
Rudy
https://www.pjtrading.shop/ is a trader. I've never bought anything myself, just looked at it once. The owner speaks English.
Boss is a Belgian,
I myself bought a second hand years ago and very satisfied, they even delivered the motor bike to my home.
Surfing to motorbikes or 'vehicles' via Facebook on the Thai 'Marketplace'.

rudy,
Opposite the hospital on soi buakhao is a shop that sells guns and motorcycles, I've also seen two dehands there.
Driving north on the bahn rodfai road, coming from the Siam country road, then past the train station and under the highway 7, continue and get the second exit out of my mind. Is located near a porobo inspection station. Quite a few second hand models.
My motorbike 125 cc Honda click cost 79.000 baht new and the insurance paid out 25.000 baht after three years. The condition of the vehicle is important.

Best place to buy a second hand motorcycle. The manageress has a Belgian friend who can also help you with advice on a possible purchase.
Hi. Depends a bit on how long you've known her and how strong your feelings are. There is no such thing as a total loss motorcycle in Thailand! Something similar happened to my current wife, quite by accident after I had just returned to the Netherlands. We knew each other for 3 months. Just negotiate, but in the end: return the old one, and pay 10,000 baht. Great little dog, she drove around on it for another 4-5 years without any problems. You'll know the right amount when you hear joy in her voice over the phone. So can also be 15,000, but do NOT bet too high!
For a Thai, everything is economics, including love.
My wife bought a Honda Click for 30.000 Baht from a local dealer a few years ago. So that will be the price you can look at. Often it is cheaper via private. Try it on Facebook… here's an example… https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/104045109633344/?hoisted_items=2681031475545289
This one for 18900 Baht… https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/104045109633344/?hoisted_items=413636472957010
And this one for 13500…. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/104045109633344/?hoisted_items=273315387410810
Many offers via Facebook…
Many rental companies now have no customers and are forced to sell scooters. You can also make a good deal here.
Dear Rudi,
Have you ever looked at the auction Collrnbourh on the Sajapruk road from the beach road on the left side ieist past the 2th beach road.
Good luck.
