I have been following the ketogenic lifestyle with internitting fastening for 1 1,5 years. Minimum carbs, medium protein and high fat diet (no processed food) and only eating in a 6-8 hour time interval. Before that I was heavily stressed by my work, which is why I gave up 2 years ago including the alcohol. I've never smoked. Weighed 100 kg and previously had a much too high blood pressure 180/110 and was on the way to becoming diabetic. I am now 61 years old, 1.88 m, now weigh 75 kg, blood pressure is now below 120/60 and my heart rate is between 50 and 60 and I walk at least 5 km per day and swim at least 1 km per day.

Can I import medicines into Thailand for my own use?

Medicines are regularly sent by post from the Netherlands to my home address in Bangkok. Medicines are very expensive in Thailand. The medicines are for personal use. I have not been deregistered, so I am still covered by the health insurance. These medicines are reimbursed for the insurance. Now I heard through the grapevine that the “importing” of medicines has been prohibited for a year now. Does anyone know if there are any exceptions to this?

I have been in Jomtien for my 18 days today April 90, My 90 days was until April 20 but I wanted to avoid the crowds tomorrow with Songkran, hence I went today and it was very quiet at 10 am, I got up after 15 minutes back outside. What I find a bit strange now is that I have been given until July 16th.

I am currently in Thailand for 6 months, have a multiply entry visa for 6 months and so have to have a new stamp every 60 days. Does anyone know if I can also buy a stamp/sticker at an immigration office or do I have to travel out of the country and get my stamp there?
