Remembrance Day Dutch embassy 4 May 2018
During the National Remembrance Day on May 4, we commemorate the Dutch victims of the Second World War and war situations and peace missions afterwards. In addition to the always impressive ceremony on Dam Square in Amsterdam, we were able to see television images of the commemorations of the dead in several Dutch places, such as the Waalsdorpeivlakte, Utecht and Marum.
During the National Remembrance Day we commemorate the Dutch victims of the Second World War and war situations and peace missions afterwards. The embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bangkok also considers it important to keep the memory of the victims alive. The embassy is therefore organizing a commemoration ceremony on 4 May next on the embassy grounds.
