Those arriving in Thailand must be quarantined. What to do with the nice bottle of drink that was bought tax-free at Schiphol? Will it be confiscated? kept for you? Can you give it to someone? Are suitcases and bags checked for alcohol at all? For the record: the bottle is intended as a gift and not to drink in the hotel room in all solitude.
