How old were you affidavit before applying.
    Didn't have to show insurance

  2. Dirk says up

With a Non Immigrant O you do not need insurance.
    With an OA.
My Affidavit was stamped at the embassy on March 5, 2020.

In Koh Chang they have added to this list: a description of how to get to this address from a known point, a copy of the rental contract with the signature of the tenant, landlord and witness, copy of the landlord's ID, at least 4 photos, one from the outside with a clear the house number, and three each with the applicant for living room, kitchen and bedroom.

That is a year normally, that affidavit is only valid for 6 months

So for my first retirment visa application I need to have insurance
    With 40 000 and 400 000

      My apologies.

    Philliberreke,
I am now on leave in Hua Hin like every year in March-April (I live in Chiang Mai)
Is this immigration in blue Port ?
    Belgian greeting

No you have to for an annual extension
      be at the immigration office
You can report 90 days in blueport

    • Dirk says up

No headquarters in Hin Lek Fai.
Bluport does not do this year extension.

that rental contract can be drawn up yourself or are they special rental contracts , if so I would like to receive a copy of the rental contract , or where can I download it
    lenaerts_rudi@hotmail

I also read here that immigration sometimes asks for the yellow book, where can I get it at the municipality or ... and which documents does the municipality need to obtain the yellow book?

  7. Eddy says up

Looks like time to move from Ko Chang, Trat to Hua hin, Prachuap. The more foreigners in the province, the less paperwork required. At least it seems that way. When I lived in Chiang Mai, the annual extension was also a piece of cake

    • Dirk says up

A copy of “declaration of relocation” made by immigration and that they have stapled in my passport.
