Thailand Visa Question: Convert OA Visa to O Visa
I intend to convert my OA visa to O visa. This in connection with not having to comply with compulsory health insurance.
I hope to leave for Thailand (Hua Hin) on December 9th. I am 62 years old and have a NON immigrant single entry 90 day visa and at the time of issue in Essen Germany I was told that I will get a 90 day stamp at the customs in Bangkok.
My non immigrant o multiple entry expires on 17/12/2019. Upon arrival on 20/11/2019, I received a 90-day stay until 17/02/2020. My question is, if I want to apply for a retirement visa, when should this be done? For 17-12-2019 or do I have time until 30 days before the end of my stay, namely 17-02-2020 this would stay until 24-03 to avoid misunderstandings and return after the summer for 1 year
Thailand visa question: Annual renewal Non immigrant O and income requirement for married couples
I am looking for options for my in-laws who both reside in Bangkok, they have a NON-IMM O visa. They have tried to obtain a year extension and unfortunately they have not succeeded as they need a letter of support from the embassy with a monthly income of 65.000 thb. The income is over 85.000 thb but is then shared by two people since married, one letter would most likely not be the desired year extension for two people.

As a result of the insurance problems for OA visa holders, I started to look into what the easiest option would be to get rid of that misery. Thailand visa question: Doubting between a multi or single entry non-immigrant O visa
We leave for Hua Hin in mid-November, until the end of March and are in doubt between a multi or single entry non-immigrant 0 visa. With a multi-entry we can comfortably bridge the period of 4,5 months, with one trip to another country. But is that also possible with a single entry non-immigrant 0 visa?
I want to apply for a NON-O visa with Multiple Entry in The Hague based on marriage in Thailand. I can't find anywhere whether the original marriage certificate is required for proof of marriage? I only have a copy of the front at the moment and they are too busy at the embassy to answer my question.
Thailand visa question: Non immigrant O visa, if you have been rejected?
The site of the Thai consulate in Amsterdam states that you must be retired to obtain a Non-Immigrant visa type O. It literally says "You can apply for this visa if you are fifty years or older and are demonstrably retired". I have been 100% rejected for years and also over 50, am I then legally retired? And if so, how do I demonstrate that?
