Thailand is cautiously moving towards a phased reopening of the country to tourists likely to start in April, but the doors may not fully open to tourists until January 2022. According to the plan, Western tourists are only welcome again in five provinces in October.

I know this has been asked before, but still. I want to bring my girlfriend from Thailand to the Netherlands in this corona time, but the rules are constantly changing due to corona. Can someone advise on what I and they should do and purchase now?
We have been in almost complete quarantine / isolation in the Netherlands with our daughter (both of Thai nationality) for a year now. I have been personally teaching our daughter for a year now. I do not experience any serious attention from the Dutch authorities and institution (including our daughter's school). On the contrary. We are now exhausted.
Schengen visa question: Can my Thai girlfriend simply travel to the Netherlands despite corona?
My friends has Schengen visa for 2 years, multiple entry. The last time, despite corona, she was still able to travel to the Netherlands under the arrangement of long-distance relationships. Now I hear stories that that arrangement has been canceled until further notice from the end of January this year? Or does that only apply to people who would still have to apply for a visa?
My Thai/Dutch wife with a Thai and Dutch passport lives in the Netherlands and would like to return to Thailand for a short period of time. Does the flight have to go through the Thai embassy, or can she just order a plane ticket?

My wife traveled to Thailand to pick up her 17 year old daughter, she has been quarantined in Bangkok for 2 weeks. She is supposed to return with her daughter on March 4, she has an appointment at the hospital to do a fit to fly test. I understood that Thailand is a safe country and no test is actually necessary to return.

To date, only essential travel from and to Belgium is allowed. I would like to visit my partner in Thailand from Belgium. That is possible because this is an essential journey. Have people already been able to leave Belgium for Thailand in this way? Do you have to provide certain proof of your relationship when you apply for a visa in Brussels or Antwerp? Or do they not ask at all?
My 3 Thai friends depart from Amsterdam with KLM on February 26 to BKK. COE ready, now Fit to Fly and install the app. As discussed earlier, the KLM site reports the need for a PCR test, although the Thai embassy does not consider this necessary. We have chosen MediMare where you can arrange Fit to Fly online (no PCR test and no physical examination, just answer questions).
I'm going to NL again with Lufthansa on March 27 and my girlfriend would like to come with me for three months. However, I think she must then be repatriated via the embassy and I think that goes through KLM. It therefore seems to me difficult and expensive to buy a return ticket for her from Lufthansa now, and then have to purchase a one-way return flight from KLM in three months' time.

Can she have a PCR test there or does it have to be done in Bangkok? And what about the document she gets? I think that a statement in Thai will not be accepted.
I have a question about my 78-year-old father who goes to Thailand every year to spend the winter in Thailand from November to May. My father is now in Bangkok since 2019 and has stayed in Bangkok all year in 2020. He is just a Dutch citizen and actually wants to go back this year. Is it possible to fly from Thailand?

To answer the question of whether people can go on holiday to Thailand, I still have my doubts whether that is possible. The Belgian government says that holidays are NOT an essential travel and therefore I doubt whether they can do this. Or am I mistaken and can you still go if you get a CoE from the embassy?
