A few weeks ago I had the idea that my left leg was a bit stiff. At first I blamed cramped driving in the dark and with rain. Thought to be smart so next day on the exercise bike and instead of 1 time 15 minutes done 3 x 15 minutes throughout the day. Wrong choice because I got a lot of pain in my left leg. I have had problems with my left foot for quite some time now. The pain is not under or above the foot it is on the inside of my left foot, so the skin. I've had many cortisone injections but everything doesn't help.
I sometimes see pieces in the stool that look like tapeworms or very occasionally small white granules in the underwear. I am not sure. Can I take Niclosamide or something similar without testing or is that not a good idea?
At the time you advised me to start taking vitamin D. I can easily sit here on my balcony in the sun for half an hour, or longer if necessary, almost every day, bare-chested in shorts. I do that regularly too. Isn't that enough?
