TB Immigration Infobrief No. 043/21: Allow COVID-19 extension extended again until September 27, 2021
The application for a so-called COVID-19 extension was again extended until September 27, 2021. This means that immigration officers may allow an extension of the period of stay of 60 days instead of 30 days. In principle, this means that you could then stay until November 26, 2021 if you still request the extension on September 27, 2021.
Year extension with Affidavit Belgian Embassy. Just got my retirement extensive at Mukdahan Immigration. In addition to the normal forms and copies, I also used the Affidavit of the Belgian embassy, requested this month.

The Immigration Bureau warns against persons impersonating immigration officials and carrying out illegal activities (see appendix). These people contact individuals or companies and ask for bribes in exchange for help or extort money from them.
I respect your hard work for this blog. Today I applied for a visa (Non Imm O, based on marriage single entry) in The Hague. For this I had to provide proof of insurance due to COVID 19 ($100.000).
Today we went to the immigration Sisaket, as we arrive in the lunch break first something to eat. It is always pleasant to work with various officials.
TB Immigration Infobrief No. 038/21: 90 days notification at the end of the year extension period
Last week I went to make a 90-day notification in my new place of residence in the west of Thailand. I thought it would be a piece of cake as usual. To my horror, the officer told me I had a big problem. He mentioned “overstay” and showed me on his computer screen that my visa had expired in April. I said how can it? I got another year extension in Trat in March and showed him the stamp in the passport.

What was somewhat to be expected after Essen and Amsterdam, it is now also the turn of Antwerp, Liège and Luxembourg. Their powers are also being shortened and you can no longer go there for a visa and legalization of documents.

TB Immigration Info Letter No 034/21: Immigration Tha Yang. Hin. Year extension and 90 days notification
On May 17, I had to do my 90-day report again. I filled in everything online 5 days in advance, but received no confirmation. So I decided to go to Tha Yang myself on May 17th.
Just mention how the online application worked again. On 15/05/21 my 90 days to stay in the “Kingdom” expired. So today on 06/05/21 at 22.10 pm I went to make my online report. Always 8 days or more before the current due date I have been doing this online since April 2019.
Dossier: 'Deregistration for Belgians'
A few years ago, Lung addie wrote a 'Dossier for Belgians', which is intended for Belgians who move to Thailand. This file has recently been updated and expanded.
It looks like the on-line reports can be made again via the immigration website. You will still see the page to fill in. Because I don't have to make a 90-day report at the moment, I don't know if everything else is working, but it seems to be okay again.
Visited Immigration Pattaya this morning for 1 year extension of retirement. Almost everything okay, but bank book copies were not clear on monthly pension payments. Had to ask my bank for an overview with a letter of what had been deposited in the last year before April 7 (cost for this was 100 Baht, she said, but a little later sorry, but that is now 200 Baht).
I would like to inform you that the Austrian embassy in Pattaya no longer cooperates with the Belgian federal government. Previously, you could go there as a Belgian for legalization of (income) signature for the extension of your visa. The Consul told me personally. They still work with other countries!
