I have a question about extending Non-Imm O Single Entry after 90 days. It concerns ourselves, married, both non-Thai. After 90 days we would like to extend. How many days extension possible without annual extension? I live in Sakon Nakhon (Thailand) and would like to extract water from the ground for irrigation of the soil/garden. This with solar panels and a depth pump. I am also tight with the expiration date of my retirement visa. I will be arriving in Bangkok on Friday 4 December and will be out of quarantine hotel on Saturday 19 December and Monday 21 December is the last day of my retirement visa (valid untill 21 Dec 2020).

I have the question if anyone knows Thai website(s) where many houses throughout Thailand are for rent and for sale? The more there is on such a site, the better.
