While I read that it takes 2 to 3 days at the Thai embassy in the Netherlands to obtain a Certification of Entry (CoE), I am told that it takes 7 working days at the Belgian embassy. What are the experiences of others who have applied for a CoE at the Belgian embassy?
I have the question if anyone knows Thai website(s) where many houses throughout Thailand are for rent and for sale? The more there is on such a site, the better. The only one I know so far is Bahtsold, but there aren't many houses for rent or sale on there. I am actually looking for the Thai “Funda”.
