Thailand Visa question No. 183/22: 5 months to Thailand
We want to go to Thailand for a period of 5 months, starting in October 2022. Which visa can you recommend and what are the conditions or the consequences?
No flight details are requested to obtain a Non-Immigrant O (family) visa (by the Thai embassy in Berlin where I have to apply because I live in Germany). My question is whether a certain minimum period is applied when issuing / using a visa within which you must fly / arrive at Bangkok Airport? Or does it not matter and can I apply now to fly at the end of July or August (and then get the usual 90 days on arrival)?
Thailand Visa question No. 153/22: Which visa?
I want to go to Thailand for 4 months in October, I live in the Netherlands and wonder if I can apply for a visa for 3 months, and make a visa run for the last month? Or is it better to apply for a visa for 2 months here and buy an extension in Hua Hin or BKK for a month, and then go for a visa run? From 15 October, take early retirement.

I am planning to move to Thailand mid July. I am 67 years old, I have AOW + Pension. And I want to go to the Netherlands twice a year, what type of visa do I need? See single and multiple entry?
I completed my visa application online. How do I know it's OK? And when will I get my approval? And how long can it take when I have applied for approval (April 29). I leave May 25. It's my first time doing that. I have an illness. Embassy in Brussels cannot or will not help me. I am very bad at reading English.

Want to go to Thailand but I'm digitally not up to date
Before corona, me and my wife went to spend the winter in Thailand every winter period. Calmly book a nice plane ticket and collect a 90-day visa in Essen (the same morning) well in time and that's it.
Thailand Visa question No. 085/22: Which visa?
I will soon get married in Thailand and will return to the Netherlands in May (alone) and then come back after about 2 months. My question is which visa should I apply for and should it be in Thai? For the sake of clarity, I will of course apply for that visa in the Netherlands.
Thailand Visa question No. 076/22: Which visa?
In January I booked tickets for my 2 kids and wife through Finnair: June 26 Brussels – Bangkok and October 16 back. In organizing the trip, I came across a few questions… I had already emailed the Thai embassy, but I think it's best to visit them physically to arrange the visa. The trip will last 113 days in total. Which visa can I best apply for, when is the best time to apply and what is the cost?
Thailand Visa question No. 062/22: Wrong visa
Questioner: Ruud I applied for the wrong visa by mistake. I apparently applied for a visa for 60 days, while I clearly entered the departure and return dates in the application and even a number of days of 70. Still, I did not receive an error message here, so I have now received the wrong visa. What's your advice? Apply for a new visa for 90 days? Or extend my 60-day visa in Thailand…
Comments are regularly made on Thailand blog about visa (extension), to which the excellent expert RonnyLatYa has to make it clear that it is not a visa extension. I think Visa is a credit company and the plural of Visa, which comes from Latin.

We can't figure it out: to be able to travel quickly to Thailand (hopefully early February 2022), with a quarantine hotel to do first after arrival, we are completely lost with regard to the question 'which visa do I need to stay in Thailand for 90 days.
