On 2 September 2021, the Central Appeals Tribunal made a disconcerting decision regarding the increase in the starting age for the AOW of an emigrated Dutchman (ECLI:NL:CRVB:2244:XNUMX). The appellant did not agree with the increase of this age from fifteen years to sixteen years and four months.
