In February 2018 we have plans to travel to Cambodia. Of course, a visit to Angkor Wat is number 1. We want to fly from Chiang Mai to Siem Rap. After Angkor Wat we go to Phnom Pen and from the capital to Sihanoukville.

Cambodia revisited
After not having been to Cambodia for a long time, I thought it was about time to go there with a friend.
In March I will leave for Thailand and stay with relatives near Ubon Ratchathani. I want to take the bus from there to Siem Reap in Cambodia. Who knows if there is a bus connection and where I have to get on?

Flight offer from Bangkok to Siem Reap
Bangkok Airways has a promotional rate for travelers who want to fly to Siem Reap in Cambodia. This can now be booked until September 30 and applies to flights up to and including March 31, 2014.
Thai AirAsia will start in October with a daily flight from Bangkok (Don Muang) to Siem Reap. This breaks the longstanding monopoly position of Bangkok Airways.
Traveling between Thailand and Cambodia has been easier since December 29, 2012 thanks to a new bus connection. The bus departs from Bangkok to Siem Reap and Phnom Penh in Cambodia.
New: Budget flights from Pattaya to Siem Reap – Cambodia
From October 10 it is possible to fly from Pattaya (U-Tapao) to Siem Raep in Cambodia. The flights are operated by Air Hanuman, a Cambodian budget airline.
