I have been in the Netherlands with my husband since June last year. We would like to go to Portugal on holiday by plane this year. During booking, I was asked for personal details such as those in my Thai passport. When I compared my passport details with that of my ID as provided by the IND, it turned out that the ID shows my maiden name, while my Thai passport shows me with my husband's name. I changed my surname to that of my husband.
So on my passport I'm listed with my husband's name, and on the ID with my own name.

Just now on Suvarnabhumi to Super Rich. Had read about it on this blog, so I went to the location on the train. There turned out to be two Super Riches: a red one and a green one. In the article here there was a picture of the red one, but I saw some Thai standing on the green one and thought: "They must know for sure?" Weird two Super Riches within 25 meters so to speak. The green one chosen was already a lot better rate than in the arrivals hall.

My Thai partner has been living with me in the Netherlands for more than 5 years. Now she also wants a Dutch passport. To do this, she must first be naturalized to Dutch nationality.
She therefore loses her Thai nationality because we are not married.

In May this year I want to go to the Netherlands for a few weeks with daughter Lizzy (then almost 6). Lizzy has had a Dutch passport for years, but she still needs a Thai copy. You know it: out and in Thailand with a Thai pass, in and out of the Netherlands with a national copy. This is to prevent hassle at immigration (TH) and Marechaussee (NL).
