I want to apply for a NON O immigrant Muliti entry Visa next time I go to Thailand. I am going to Thailand from October 28 to April 30. In the meantime (January 22 to February 10) I will go back to the Netherlands. I will then be in Thailand for a maximum of 2 x 90 days and then I do not have to arrange an extension.

So far (until 2019) I have assumed that we had to have a large enough amount in a Thai bank to qualify for a Non-O with Retirement stamp. I recently read in an answer from you that this is not (any longer) necessary, in other words an amount equal to the number of months of stay multiplied by 1.000 euros per month can also be on a foreign account?

I have been married to a Thai for years, we were married in Thailand under Thai law and the marriage was also registered in the Netherlands. We recently also have a house in Thailand in her name, of course. My wife is now in Thailand to provide informal care for her mother. I have a question about an actually somewhat idiotic situation. Last year I received an annual visa from the Thai embassy until 7-11-2022, type non-imm category O. I knew that I had to collect a stamp at the local immigration office, in Kalasin, after 3 months. That is common knowledge.

This is my situation. Dutch nationality, living in Belgium. Age 57. Not yet retired. In possession of a Thai bank account, there is less than 800.000 in it. I would like to live permanently in Thailand. I was told to do that by getting a Non Immigrant-O visa, and having it extended in Thailand for one year at a time. So far it is clear to me.
