Yesterday finally an appointment at the Kasikorn bank central Pattaya. I wanted to open an E-savings account or a new account. I have had an account with this bank for 15 years and internet banking for two months now.
After deletion by ING Bank from my Thai beneficiary account and whether or not “foreign transfer” is mentioned by Thai banks, there is no other choice for me to have my monthly pension benefits transferred directly to my savings account at Kasikorn Bank.
My monthly pension benefits are paid into my current account with ING Belgium. Until the end of December 2019, I neatly transferred these amounts every month to my savings account at the Kasikornbank. I have been transferring from Belgium to Thailand via Transferwise for a year now.

One of Thailand's largest banks has announced that it is closing all its money exchange offices for the time being and will stop exchanging foreign currencies due to the corona virus.
My wife is Thai and lives in the Netherlands and has an account with Kasikorn Bank, a saving deposit passbook.
