In the past I worked with Kasikorn internet banking, but at a certain point the OTP messages were no longer coming through. What is the easiest and most reliable way from the Netherlands? For example, to transfer Thai electricity bills from a Thai bank account. Preferably without being dependent on a Thai telephone number with roaming?

Have a joint account here (Doi Saket – Chiang Mai) with the Krung Thai Bank and one in my own name only. I can also do internet banking with the person who is only in my name. However, with the account in both names (both Dutch nationalities) it is not possible, or at least that is what KTB says, to be able to do internet banking.

I have installed the Bangkok Bank app. This one works for the basic functions, but I can't create a 3rd party for example. If I want to request a user ID for internet banking, I have to enter my PIN code, among other things. I don't feel like that. Can someone tell me what the added value is of internet banking at the Bangkok Bank compared to the app?

I have a baht account and a Euro account at the KTB bank and I have the possibility to use the internet. I can do everything with my Baht account via the internet, pay, telephone bill etc etc. I can only see the balance of the Euro account and nothing else.

I have been coming to Thailand for years and have an account with Bangkok Bank. Now this week I went there to inquire about the possibility of internet banking. But I now have a different phone number than when I opened the bank account. So it's no longer possible. According to them I have to get papers at the embassy to open a new bank account in Thailand.

I had an account at Bangkokbank with Visacard for ATM. Due to too many problems with internet banking, I stopped using it and switched to SCB. Here with master card for ATM. Same problems for internet banking here, Little time, time out.

A strange thing, internet banking was refused to me at GSB bank. I have my pension deposited there every month as of 01-01-2016. I also have two fixed accounts there. I also have an account with Krungtai and Kasikorn bank where I can use internet banking.
